This plan includes two annual preventative maintenance visits that cover one cooling and one heating service. Depending on your needs, we can give you options for different plans ranging from a one-year protection plan up to a three-year protection plan. With Empire, you will always have that peace of mind in knowing that all your repair and maintenance needs are covered, and you don’t have to worry about your systems breaking down. We have a comprehensive cooling equipment checklist as well as a heating equipment checklist that includes the inspection of thermostats, heat exchanger and temperature rise among many others.
