Comments: After looking for estimates and a new repair man for a new furnace and repair for central air Lee was the best man for the job. He was quick, responsive and willing to work around the holiday schedule. His estimate was one of the better ones and included items others had left out or not even suggested. He and his team were clean, organized and did a terrific job. They were all done in one day. I am so pleased with the job they've done and highly recommend them.

Comments: I just had an amazing experience with Lee and his team at Empire! He responded within the hour to my initial phone call, came the same day to look at my needs, and sent me a quote the very next day!!! Quote was priced very competitively, and based on other reviews and recommendations, I accepted the quote. Within 3 days I had a brand-new a/c installed!!! Guys worked tirelessly in a very hot, uncomfortable attic, and cleaned up when they completed the work. I am thrilled to have found Empire!!!

He needed to come back more than once, but he did figure it out and fixed it. I was very impressed with his determination and business sense. All vendors should be like Empire.
